Once your order is placed, we’ll send you an email with the address to send your fabrics, so please keep a check on your email. Please note that customers are responsible for sending in fabrics and covering the cost of shipping.

All items are made to order. Returns are only accepted if your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described. Please contact us within 14 days.
UK customers: Non-custom items (such as standard clothing or mugs) may be returned within 14 days if unused and in their original condition. Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
