Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the UK.
How long does shipping take?
UK Parcels are posted Tracked 48 and usually take 3-5 working days after dispatch.
How do I track my order?
When your order is dispatched you will receive an email with tracking details.
Please ensure you check for updates to see when your package will be delivered. If your parcel is unclaimed and returned to the UK you will be responsible for postage costs to have the package resent.
No refunds will be offered if you fail to collect your package.
Returns
How do I return an item?
If your item is faulty please contact us within 14 days to arrange a return.
How long does it take to process my return?
Please allow 7–10 business days for the entire return and refund process, including shipping time.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method."
Can I exchange for a different item?
Because all of our items are custom-made to your chosen colours and specifications, we’re unfortunately unable to offer exchanges. We also do not accept returns or refunds for international orders. Please make sure to double-check your selections before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about customisation options, we’re happy to help clarify before you place your order.
