Refunds & Exchanges – International
All Orders (outside UK/EU)
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on international orders (including custom/personalised and clothing) unless the item is faulty or not as described. Please check sizing carefully before ordering. Any customs duties or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receipt, and we’ll do our best to help.
Refunds & Exchanges – UK
Custom & Personalised Orders - All items are made to order, created especially for you. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless your item is faulty or not as described. If there’s any issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to help.
Clothing Orders (non-custom) - Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if you would like a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility. Replacement items incur a £3.99 re-shipping fee, whether or not shipping was paid on the original order.
Mugs & Other Non-Custom Items - Non-personalised mugs and other non-custom items may be returned within 14 days if unused and in their original condition. Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility.
